In order to improve the efficiency of the Lobo Marinho ship’s capacity management, thus providing all its Passengers with a place on the desired departures, Porto Santo Line applies the following amendment fees to tickets not consumed on the dates for which they were previously purchased, and the penalties apply for each journey segment: – Penalty for each passenger, for changes made less than 24 hours before the time of the journey already purchased: €5; – Penalty for each vehicle, for changes made less than 48 hours before the time of the journey already purchased: > Vehicles A, E and F: €10, in a package or not; > Vehicles B, C, D, H and I: 10% of the fare applied at the time the purchase was made; – Penalty for ‘No-show’ or without prior change of ticket: Loss of ticket, on the corresponding journey segment.
